FinesseKey helps you reclaim financial access through legitimate, do-it-yourself moves. We collect only what we need to run the app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The AI features are powered by third-party model providers — Anthropic (Claude, for document analysis) and Groq (for the chat coach). When you use these features, the content you submit is sent to the relevant provider solely to produce your result. These providers process API data to return responses and, per their policies, do not use it to train their models. Please redact anything you don’t wish to share before submitting a document.
We rely on a few vetted providers: Render (hosting and database), Anthropic and Groq (AI processing), and — if you subscribe in a future version — Apple or Google for payments and RevenueCat for subscription management. We never receive your full payment-card details.
We keep your account data until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account and all associated server data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. On-device data is removed when you delete the app or clear its storage.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and passwords are hashed with bcrypt. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.
FinesseKey is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information — the core of which you can do directly in the app, or by contacting us. We may update this policy as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date here.
