By downloading or using FinesseKey (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. What FinesseKey is — and isn’t

FinesseKey provides educational information and self-service document preparation to help you take legitimate steps to improve your financial access. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or credit-repair services, and using it does not create an attorney–client or advisor relationship. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed professional or a nonprofit credit counselor.

2. No guarantees

Credit and financial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise any specific credit score, that any item will be removed or changed, or any particular result or timeframe. Any figures, ranges, or timelines in the App are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.

3. Legitimate use only

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and to provide truthful information in any dispute, letter, or filing you create with it. You agree not to submit false statements, fabricate disputes, file false identity-theft or fraud claims, or attempt to remove accurate and timely information (“credit washing”). You are solely responsible for what you send to third parties.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. AI features

The App’s AI features generate information using third-party models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always review the output and verify important details against your actual reports and official sources before acting.

6. Subscriptions (if offered)

If the App offers an optional paid subscription, it is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices and features are disclosed at the point of purchase.

7. Optional outside services

Any separate “done-for-you” service we may offer is provided outside the App under its own written agreement and is not part of these Terms or purchasable within the App.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millennials Creatives LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be $0 for free use).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
